90% of CISOs Would Cut Pay for Better Work-Life Balance: How to Negotiate a Better Deal with Your Em



According to a global Cisco study, hybrid work, in which employees split their time working from home, office, and on the go, has helped improve employee wellbeing, work-life balance, and performance across the world. However, more needs to be done to build an inclusive culture and fully embed hybrid work arrangements to enhance employee experience.


For the first time in seven years, work-life balance trumped salary as the main thing prospective employees look for in a job, with 65% ranking it as most important, Randstad research reveals. In Singapore, from July to December 2021, 64% of employees who switched employers or careers cited work-life balance as the main driver in searching for new jobs.
