Healthy Grilled Chicken Parm - A Guilt-Free Italian Comfort Food

This was my first time making chicken parm! This is my go to chicken parm recipe! It was so easy and the chicken stayed nice and juicy. I actually used chicken tenders instead of breasts they came perfectly! This recipe along with a side salad and fresh garlic bread and maybe a glass of wine is my perfect night in! A WINNER and my entire family LOVED it!!!!!

Healthy oven baked chicken parmesan is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with no frying required. This easy method makes the most FLAVORFUL chicken parmesan in under 30 minutes!

Healthy Grilled Chicken Parm Recipel

If you end up with leftover chicken parmesan, you can easily save them. Store the chicken in an airtight container and place it in the fridge for up to 4 days. This is a wonderful chicken recipe for meal prepping.

Grilled Chicken Parmesan is a crowd-pleasing dish that everyone loves. We top grilled Italian seasoned chicken with rich marinara, creamy mozzarella, and nutty parmesan and finish with fresh herbs. You get all flavor of fried chicken parm without the hassle of breading chicken.

This low-carb recipe is perfect for a summer meal. The combination of grilled chicken and melted cheese is always a winner, and the addition of tangy marinara and fresh herbs take the flavors to the next level.

That describes this healthy breaded chicken parmesan to a T! The recipe consists of thin chicken breasts breaded with crushed almond flour crackers (a better alternative to white flour crackers), and baked to crispy goodness. Eat over a plate of pasta with your favorite side salad, and ta-da!

This recipe uses ingredients that we all know and love like chicken, breadcrumbs, marinara, and mozzarella. Each bite of this deliciously breaded chicken parmesan is filled with incredible flavor thanks to Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese!

Storing baked parmesanStore breaded chicken and all toppings and ingredients in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Reheat by placing in the microwave in 15 second intervals, or by baking until warmed. I recommend storing the chicken separate from the other ingredients.

To reheat the chicken parmesan, place the chicken on a baking sheet and warm in a 350 degree oven just until heated though (about 10 minutes for small pieces of chicken). You can also warm individual servings in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. When reheating chicken, be careful not to warm it for too long or it can become overcooked, tough and dry.

Made this tonight for dinner. It is very good. Easy to assemble and follow directions. I did exactly as written and watched video. Easy Peasy! I added garlic powder to the chicken along with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. I found a spaghetti sauce that is healthier than most. No sugar nor bad oils. It is Ragu garden fresh healthy sauce. You can find it at Krogers here in Michigan. They make a plain marinra too. Both are delicious. This will be my go to chicken parm bake! Hubby and I loved it. So easy to prepare! Thanks for sharing recipe!

Open the lid to your grill and flip the chicken cutlets over. Immediately spoon about a tablespoon of warm marinara over the chicken followed by two pieces of fresh mozzarella and a nice sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Close the grill lid, lower the temperature of the grill to medium low or about 350F at the GrillGrate surface and allow the cheese to begin to melt. You do not want to grill the chicken for much longer or all the cheese will melt off and end up on your grates and not in your belly!

Layer the chicken with the tomato sauce in a casserole dish. Top the casserole with Parmigiano and mozzarella. Brown the chicken parm casserole under the broiler for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the salad.

Who ever said grilled chicken breast had to be bland and dry? Not us! We grill these chicken breasts simply, with just a bit of oil and seasoning, and then bathe them in a buttery garlic Parmesan sauce while they are still piping hot.

It is best to serve these chicken parm sandwiches as soon as they are made so that they are nice and crispy. But you can dredge the chicken breast one to two days before you cook them and keep them covered in the fridge.

My kids go crazy for these Chicken Parm Sliders whenever I make them. Actually, the first time I tried this recipe, they were devoured so fast that I had to make another round of these garlic butter baked chicken parmesan sliders...and they still disappeared so quickly!

These Baked Chicken Parmesan Sliders are made with rotisserie chicken, marinara sauce, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, all on top of Hawaiian sweet rolls, and topped with a garlic parmesan butter. They are baked until golden for a warm Italian sandwich. The garlic butter is so insanely delicious and envelops the rolls so they have a buttery crispiness.

Parmesan on chicken is one of my favorite ways to bake and have that melted, crispy cheese laying over top a tender chicken breast. Try this baked parmesan garlic chicken breast for the same delicious flavor or try bite size baked parmesan chicken nuggets for a kid friendly version.

This simplified chicken parmesan is easy to prepare, and healthier than the classic version as it is baked instead of fried! Not only does it involve less prep time, but it is just as delicious and made with lighter ingredients.

Using tongs, dredge the chicken in the flour mixture until coated. Shake off excess. Dip chicken in egg mixture until thoroughly coated. Finally, coat the chicken on both sides in the panko/parmesan cheese mixture. 2ff7e9595c
